I'm seriously disappointed with this purchases. As I expected at lest a little performance. after using only for 4 months, this UPS starts to breakdown. backup is almost down to 5-10 minutes. But the most annoying was the AC behavior. AC connection gets disconnect random times, and force ran it on Backup mode. My electrical connection in house is 100% OK, as I checked with other component and UPS. Within 6 months, it completely broke down. I had to swap battery in another old UPS.
